Duedee Terms of Service

1. The service

Duedee reads the credit card e-statements you forward or upload and shows each card's amount due, minimum payment and due date in one place, with reminders before due dates.

Duedee never makes payments or moves money, and is not a bank or payment service. A payment QR code or barcode shown in Duedee is your bank's own, taken from your statement; you pay in your own banking app.

2. Always check your bank's statement

Duedee reads statements automatically and can make mistakes, especially for banks it has not been tuned for. Your bank's statement is the official record. Check the amount and due date against it before you pay, and always when Duedee asks you to check a statement.

Reminders are sent on a best-effort basis and may be late or missing. Keep your own payment habits; Duedee is a help, not a replacement.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 20 years old.
• Forward or upload only your own statements, or ones you are allowed to manage.
• Keep your email account secure: whoever can read it can sign in to Duedee.
• You are responsible for what is done with your account.

4. Fair use

Do not misuse Duedee: no attempts to reach other users' data, overload or attack the service, get around its security checks, create accounts automatically, or copy the service by reverse engineering.

5. Price

Duedee is free during its pilot. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance, and you will not be charged unless you choose one.

6. Changes and availability

We may change, pause or end parts of Duedee. We aim to keep it available but cannot promise it will always work without interruption. We will give you notice before a change that significantly affects you, and before ending the service.

7. Ending your use

You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings; your data is then deleted as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

8. Liability

Duedee is provided “as is”. As far as Thai law allows, we are not liable for late fees, interest or other losses from relying on figures or reminders shown in Duedee without checking your bank's statement, nor for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

9. Changes to these terms

We update the date above when these terms change and tell you in the app about significant changes. Continuing to use Duedee after a change means you accept it.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction.
